Un prix au meilleur article (3000 euros) sera d\u00e9cern\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>Contexte<\/h3>\n<p>Handicap 2016 est la 9\u00e8me \u00e9dition de la conf\u00e9rence francophone bisannuelle organis\u00e9e par l&rsquo;IFRATH \u00e0 Paris, en parall\u00e8le avec le salon Autonomic. L&rsquo;IFRATH est une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 savante qui rassemble des chercheurs, des utilisateurs et des industriels ayant d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mettre en commun leurs comp\u00e9tences afin de favoriser
